Last updated: January 1, 2026

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"). Terms used here have the meaning given in the CCPA.

1. Categories of personal information we collect

We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the Site, and from advertising and analytics partners.

2. Why we collect it

To evaluate potential eligibility, to contact you about your inquiry, to connect you with participating providers, to operate and secure the Site, to measure advertising, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted under the CCPA without your consent.

3. Disclosure and sharing

In the preceding 12 months we have disclosed identifiers, personal records, geolocation data, and internet activity to participating providers, service vendors, and marketing partners for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy and in the consent you provide on the form.

Some transfers of personal information for advertising and matching purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA even when no money is exchanged. You have the right to opt out.

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, with one 45 day extension if reasonably necessary. We will let you know if an extension is needed.

7. Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
